Koenigsegg signs exotic cars at caesars palace

January 31, 2006 – Exotic Cars At Caesars Palace has been selected by Koenigsegg  Automotive AB of Sweden to be the first and only dealer for their cars in the United States. Koenigsegg is the manufacturer of the CCR, the fastest production car in the world, with a top speed of over 250MPH.   The US version, dubbed the CCX will be unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show in the beginning of March.  The 806 HP, 2200lb carbon fibre supercar goes 0 to 62mph in just 3.2 seconds, and runs the standing quarter mile in just 9 seconds at 146mph.

Koenigsegg plans on delivering a limited number of cars in the first year, and orders are being taken on a first come, first served basis.  The price for this elite auto is $695,000 before options.
